Do our bichons at the Rainbow Bridge really leave us?

I think not!

The drawing below is a 5 year old's concept of the Rainbow Bridge
It was drawn by my granddaughter, Anna.
Look at it closely...

See the little bichons with their haloes and wings?
See the castle?
The people in the windows are "God and his Wife".
This is how Anna sees the Rainbow Bridge!
This is where we will all go some day!

I have many bichons at the Bridge,
My very first boy "Bites" (Can.Am.Ch.Tondia's Brite Eyes-Bushy Tail, ROM)
left me in April of 2000 at the age of (almost) 18 years.
You can see "Bites" on my Rainbow Bridge page.
The music I dedicated to him was "Bright Eyes", sung by Art Garfunkel.

I received this drawing on February 1st, 2010
That same evening, as I was tending to my bichons, on the radio I heard the song "Bright Eyes"
Hadn't heard it for years.
It seemed like a sign that "Bites" was saying "Hi Mom, I'm here!
Happy Birthday!  Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Every Day!"

That evening I opened an email which contained an advertisement for Valentine goodies
and the words
"Love Bites"
jumped out at me.

Is this all a coincidence, or is it all in my mind?
I choose to believe I was getting a message from the Rainbow Bridge.

So, I say again

Do our bichons at the Rainbow Bridge really leave us?
I think not!

Seeya  Bites!
